Canada’s most iconic Zionist charity has days to disband
The Jewish National Fund of Canada had its bid to overturn the Canada Revenue Agency’s revocation of its charitable status dismissed by the Federal Court of Canada. The decision bolsters the CRA’s authority to revoke other Israel focused charities violating Canada’s Income Tax Act.
In a 16-page decision released November 8 federal court judge Whyte Nowak rejected the JNF’s application for a judicial review and a request for an injunction to force the CRA to overturn its revocation of the JNF’s charitable status. After 57 years as a registered charity the CRA has given the JNF until November 13 to dispose of tens of millions in assets.
“The revocation and effective disbandment of the Jewish National Fund of Canada is a victory against an important arm of a racist colonial movement that’s stolen Palestinian land for over a century”, noted Karen Rodman of Just Peace Advocates.
Over 200 registered charities sent $362 million to Israel in 2022. Dozens of them assist the military, government agencies, racist organizations and illegal West Bank colonies in violation of CRA rules. Detailed complaints have been submitted to the CRA concerning more than a dozen of these organizations.
JNF Canada showed a net worth of $29.7 million in 2018, and $20.8 million in 2022. From 2018 to 2022, JNF Canada provided close to $2 million to the now revoked Ne’eman Foundation of Canada
“The Federal Court’s recent ruling reinforces the CRA’s authority to move against charities assisting an apartheid state committing genocide in Gaza”, concluded Rodman.

Jerusalem Municipality erasure of Palestinians supported by Canadian tax-payers
On the 5th of November, the municipality of Jerusalem with the protection of the Israeli police forces raided Al Bustan neighborhood and demolished 6 homes of Al Rwedy family (4 families), Ayed and Abu Diab, displacing 23 people.
The demolition of these residential structures is part and parcel of the demolition wave against Al Bustan neighborhood, which includes nearly 120 homes, 1500 people.
Meanwhile Canada tax payers are subsidizing the Jerusalem Municipality.
Registered to Ronnen Harary, the founder of Spin Master Toys and the popular ‘Paw Patrol’ series, the Ronnen Harary Foundation was incorporated in 2021.
Operating in association with Harary’s sister foundation, the 1 R32 Foundation, The Ronnen Harary Foundation has exclusively sent millions of dollars in charitable donations to the Jerusalem Municipality.
Not only are governments outside of Canada not considered qualified donees, but operating under a screen of governmental legitimacy, the Jerusalem Municipality has been instrumental in the settling and judaization of illegally annexed East Jerusalem. The Jerusalem Municipality has illegally seized land deep into the West Bank.
According to Canadian foreign policy, “the status of Jerusalem can be resolved only as part of a general settlement of the Palestinian-Israeli dispute. Canada does not recognize Israel's unilateral annexation of East Jerusalem.”
Tell the Canada Revenue Agency they need to suspend the Ronnen Harary Foundation, and audit both this charity and its sister charity, 1 R32 Foundation, which has bragged about feeding the IDF before they headed for the ground invasion in Gaza in fall 2023, and which transfers money to Ronnen Harary Foundation.
